Role Description The Facilities Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of residential property in Mumbai . This position includes supervising housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams; coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance; and ensuring all facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional.

The Facilities

Manager will manage vendor relationships, monitor budgets and expenses, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. The role also involves developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency, responding promptly to resident requests, and collaborating with household staff to ensure a seamless living experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in facilities management, property management, or hospitality operations, preferably in high-end residential or luxury environments.
- Strong skills in team leadership,



staff supervision, and coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance practices, with aptitude for resolving operational issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on service quality and attention to detail.
- Clear and qualified communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, residents, and internal teams.
- Comfort working on-site and responding to urgent facility issues as needed; flexibility in working hours when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
