Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, placements, and ad formats.
- Create and coordinate ad creatives and copies.
- Monitor campaigns and optimize performance regularly.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, and campaigns.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
- Handle Search Arbitrage and Display Arbitrage campaigns.

Requirements

- 2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Search/Display Arbitrage is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
