Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead the estimation team and ensure timely delivery of accurate BOQs and cost estimates.

- Analyze drawings, specifications and scope to determine material, labour and equipment requirements.

- Prepare detailed rate analysis, cost breakdowns and budget forecasts.

- Evaluate vendor quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.

- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary targets.

- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement and site teams for accurate estimation.

- Develop estimation strategies and contribute to business growth.

- Preferred Facade Experience.
