About the Role

Leva Home Lifts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and motivated Fabricators to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, assembly, installation support, and finishing of lift-related structural components and metal works.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced candidates with hands-on fabrication experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fabrication and assembly of lift-related steel and metal structures.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, welding, and fitting of metal components.
- Fabricate lift frames, supports, brackets, enclosures, and other structural components as required.
- Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, and finishing of fabricated components.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist the installation team with fabrication and fitting work at customer/project sites when required.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in valuable condition.
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace standards.
- Work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and installation teams.
- Complete assigned fabrication work within the required time.

Skills & Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Welder, Fabrication, Mechanical, or a related trade is preferred.




- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Experienced candidates with fabrication/welding experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and metal fitting.
- Ability to understand measurements and basic technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project/customer sites when required.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a fabrication environment.

Experience
- Freshers: Candidates with ITI/Diploma or relevant technical training are welcome.
- Experienced: Candidates with experience in steel fabrication, lift fabrication, structural fabrication, welding, or similar industries are preferred.
- Salary and position will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
