Hiring: Fabric Maintenance Planner | Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare fabric maintenance work packages covering fabrication, painting, coating, insulation & corrosion repairs.

- Define job scope with Operations, Engineering, Site Teams & Contractors.
- Estimate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, permits, risks & dependencies.
- Prepare work plans for protected scheduling, execution & contingency planning.
- Manage maintenance orders, backlog health, field feedback & execution readiness.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore execution and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Fabric Maintenance / Inspection / Maintenance Planning.

- Oil & Gas, offshore or asset-intensive industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on SAP maintenance planning & work-order lifecycle experience required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
