TIMING: 11 TO 8 (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

TIMING: 11 TO 5 (SATURDAY)

SUNDAY: HOLIDAY

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Trade Executive who can manage end-to-end cross-country trading operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling buyer inquiries, sourcing suppliers globally, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders until final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international buyer inquiries for cross-country trade
- Understand buyer requirements and specifications in detail
- Identify and source reliable global suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals between buyer and supplier
- Manage complete export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for smooth shipment
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to buyer destination
- Take full ownership of the order cycle from inquiry to delivery




- Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers and suppliers
- Actively work on new business development find and onboard new buyers globally
- Handle problem-solving during shipment delays, documentation issues, etc.
- Find new buyers & suppliers

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in export/import or international trading (25 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of export documentation and logistics
- Positive negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple deals and pressure situations
- Knowledge of global markets and sourcing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email communication, ERP systems (preferred)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
