About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our export division for agri products such as Soybean, Coriander Seeds, and other agricultural commodities.

- Developing new international markets

- Converting leads into profitable business

- Managing a small marketing team to drive export growth

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute export sales strategies for agricultural products.

- Identify and explore new international markets and customers.

- Convert export leads into confirmed sales through effective negotiation and follow-up.

- Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners.

- Guide and supervise a team of 2–3 marketing executives to achieve targets.

- Conduct international market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

- Travel domestically and internationally for business development and client meetings.

- Ensure timely coordination for export documentation, logistics, and order fulfilment.





- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and export promotion events.

- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.

Preferred Candidate

- 5+ years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in the Agriculture, Food, or Commodity sector.

- Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.

- Proven experience in lead conversion and client relationship management.

- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.

- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn and CRM.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of building and leading a team.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
