Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop potential buyers in international markets.
- Communicate with overseas buyers and suppliers through email, telephone, and online meetings.
- Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices, offers, and commercial correspondence.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, pricing, negotiations, and export orders.
- Coordinate export documentation, shipping, customs clearance, inspections, and logistics.
- Handle payment terms, including Letters of Credit, and coordinate with banks when required.
- Study international markets, product demand, competitor activity, and freight costs.
- Maintain accurate records of buyers, suppliers, enquiries, quotations, and transactions.
- Coordinate with management and internal departments for the timely execution of export orders.
- Develop long-term business relationships with reliable overseas customers.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in International Business, Export–Import Management, Logistics, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience in export marketing, international trade, shipping,



or export documentation is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit, export procedures, and commercial documentation.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional business emails, quotations, and reports independently.
- Good negotiation, customer-development, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and online business communication tools.
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with experience in paper, natural rubber, agro commodities, minerals, or international commodity trading will receive preference.

Experience Candidates with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred. Applicants with substantial exposure to international trade and overseas customer development will be given special consideration. Age/ Gender : no bar

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
