About the role:

We are looking for an Export Documentation Executive for our company who will be responsible for handling all Export and Shipping related Documentation in our Exports departments.

Key Responsibilities :

- You will responsible for handling the daily documentation required in the process of Export and Import of goods.
- Co-ordinate with the Sales and Marketing department and assist them in the shipment of Product Samples.
- Schedule container and shipments.
- Upload and maintain KYC documents and develop relationships with Custom clearance dept.
- Forwarding the BL to clients and chase payment
- Communicating with bank in regards to BLC




- Create Work Orders for Manufacturing department

About You :

- You have strong base in the area of Export and Import documentation.
- Previous experience of 2 years working in a similar role is preferred
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing company is preferred
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
