Role Description The Export Documentation role is a full time, on-site position based in Gandhidham. The team member will prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and other compliance-related paperwork.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with logistics providers, customers, internal production and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing. The role involves maintaining records, tracking shipment status,



and resolving documentation discrepancies in line with international trade regulations and company policies. The position also requires clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding documentation requirements, shipment updates, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Export Documentation, with attention to detail and familiarity with international trade paperwork.
- Knowledge of Export and Import Export processes, including incoterms, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or documentation software for data entry and record management.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain workflows related to export shipments.
- Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in export documentation or international trade; experience in agro or chemical products is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
