Job Title: Export Logistics Executive

Job Summary

MCARE Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Logistics Executive to manage international shipment operations, export documentation, and logistics coordination for pharmaceutical exports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export shipment processing and execution.
- Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, AWB, and Bill of Lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, courier partners, and customs agents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international customers.
- Handle shipment booking, freight negotiations, and logistics follow-ups.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth order dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export procedures.
- Maintain logistics records,



shipment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and customer queries promptly.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Export Logistics, International Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Good understanding of export documentation and international logistics processes.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Export Industry will be preferred.
