EARTHY is a design-led integrated hydration systems brand for designed kitchens.

The role

Own the daily functioning of the EARTHY Experience Centre, the visitor experience and the internal follow-through after every interaction.

This is not a reception or administration-only role.

What you will own

- Daily opening, readiness and closing of the Experience Centre
- Visitor appointments, walk-ins and partner sessions
- Interaction with homeowners, architects, designers and kitchen partners
- Product displays, visitor areas, Water Bar and housekeeping standards
- Recording interactions in CRM and tracking the next action
- Coordination across business development, operations and finance
- Routine facility, vendor and administrative requirements




- Defined founder priorities and occasional site coordination

Who this is for

- 2–5 years in experience-centre operations, premium studio, hospitality, interior-studio coordination or business operations
- Calm and clear with visitors
- Structured in documentation and follow-up
- Comfortable with both customer-facing and backend work
- Able to take ownership without waiting for daily instructions

What will not work

- Reception-only mindset
- Weak follow-up or documentation
- Dependence on constant direction
- Reluctance to handle on-ground coordination

Success means the Experience Centre runs consistently, every visitor is handled well, and no next action is missed.
