Salary: upto 30 K p.m.

Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Program and operate CYP-Cut Laser, Delem Bending Controller, Rolling Machine (or equivalent).

 Perform nesƟng for laser cuƫng machines to opƟmize material usage.

 Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

 Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma pracƟces for process improvement.

 Control rejecƟons, scrap, and ensure quality standards.

 Work with sheet metals of different grades using CNC Laser Cuƫng,



Waterjet Cuƫng,

CNC Bending, and CNC Rolling.

 Lead teams with a focus on producƟvity and safety.

 Handle cosƟng calculaƟons for raw, in-process, and finished materials.



Required Skills:

 Diploma Mechanical Engineering.

 0–5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.

 Robust skills in CNC programming, nesƟng, cosƟng, and team handling.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in precision machining / heavy fabricaƟon industry.

 Exposure to lean manufacturing pracƟces.
