What You’ll Do

- Shape and evolve the brand voice across social platforms and digital touchpoints.
- Lead ideation and concept development for campaigns, launches, and cultural moments.
- Create compelling copy for social, digital, video, CRM, LinkedIn, and in-app journeys.
- Build content strategies that balance creativity, clarity, and cultural relevance.
- Contribute to meme marketing and social-first storytelling that sparks organic conversation.
- Own content ideation and platform planning for LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with brand, design, growth, and product teams.




- Track content performance and optimise based on insights.
- Bring both a strategic and creative lens to every brief.

What Makes You Right for This Role
- 3–4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, social media, or brand storytelling.
- Agency or strong consumer internet brand experience preferred.
- Exceptional command over language.
- Hands-on experience with campaign conceptualisation, scripts, and digital-first content.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into creative ideas.
- Deep awareness of pop culture, internet trends, and platform nuances.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A strong point of view and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in at least one South Indian language, preferably Tamil or Telugu, is a plus.
