Role & responsibilities

1 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver the requirements efficiently.

2 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations and establish solid relationships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

3 Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions. 3 Manage supplier contracts, agreements and performance reviews to ensure compliance and reliability.

4 Lead initiatives to drive cost reduction, enhance quality and improve delivery timelines.

5 Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard supply chain operations.

6 Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, highlighting key metrics, achievements and areas for improvement.

7 Ensure adherence to industry standards,



regulations and best practices in procurement processes.

8 Participate in various audits and assessments to ensure highest standards of quality and reliability.

9 Hands on experience on handling Indirect procurement category like Maintenance Spares, Cutting Tools, Hand Tools, General Consumables
