Role Description The Executive Production role is a full-time, on-site position based at Matrix Pharmacorp’s manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, including batch execution, line clearance, and coordination with quality and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.

The Executive

Production professional will support production planning, monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, track productivity and yield, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role includes preparing and maintaining production documentation, assisting in process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



and supporting audits and inspections. The individual in this position will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and efficient production workflows in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively schedule, execute, and optimize manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Control and related compliance practices to support adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Candidates should possess a background in Food Technology or related process technology disciplines, with the ability to apply technical principles to production processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or API manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment with exposure to USFDA, EU GMP, or WHO guidelines.
- Strong understanding of GMP, safety protocols, and documentation practices, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production operations.
