Job Purpose The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by handling customer enquiries, managing subscriptions, coordinating deliveries, resolving complaints, and building long-term relationships with customers and community residents.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Attend customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.

- Guide customers on products, subscriptions, and services.

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Order & Delivery Coordination

- Coordinate daily customer orders and subscriptions.

- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries.

- Share order updates with customers when required.

- Follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain customer records and purchase history.

- Conduct follow-up calls after deliveries.

- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions.

- Build strong relationships with community residents and repeat customers.

Sales Support

- Promote new products,



seasonal offerings, and subscription plans.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.

Administration & Reporting

- Maintain customer databases and enquiry records.

- Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.

- Coordinate with store, farm, procurement, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred)

- Robust customer service orientation

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Problem-solving ability

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business)

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales support.

- Experience in food retail, supermarkets, hospitality, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
