Role Description The Executive Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly, supporting the marketing and sales leadership team in day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with promotional activities, and preparing marketing materials and presentations.
The Executive Marketing
Assistant will conduct market research, track competitor activity, and help maintain customer databases and sales records. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, supporting the sales team with lead follow-up, and compiling reports on marketing and sales performance. The role also includes scheduling meetings,
preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to support marketing decisions.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-up, and basic promotional activities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a marketing or sales support role is an advantage but not strictly required.
