Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative API/Intermediate products through custom synthesis, process development, and scale-up.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using CRD (Custom Research & Development) capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Oversee the execution of projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Job Requirements :
- 2-18 years of experience in chemical research, organic synthesis, or related field.
- Solid expertise in custom synthesis, process development, and scale-up.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from ideation to implementation.
