1. Ensure Production compliance of above 95% + across all plants.
2. Help plants to manage the operations with efficiency by facilitating with coordination with cross functional teams at HO.
3. Drive Line efficiency across plants optimally. Implement IOT Project for OEE tracking in four other plants this year
4. To work closely with Project and Plant team and ensure projected ROI is tracked thru monthly MIS (Need to be developed) and ensure its achieved thru productivity and conversion cost reduction
5. Represent manufacturing in CFT and ensure all Promos/NPDs/extensions etc., are launched on time in coordination with Plant/Purchase/PDD and R&D;
6. Track and achieve optimum conversion cost
