IICCI is Hiring | Client Outreach & Counselling The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and communicative qualified to join our team in Mumbai.

This shared role will serve as the frontline point of contact for IICCI’s Italian Language Department and Minerva EduHub , supporting prospective students and clients interested in Italian language learning and higher education opportunities in Italy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective students and clients

• Providing initial information on online Italian language courses

• Conducting primary outreach and counselling for partner universities in Italy

• Qualifying leads for Bachelor’s, Master’s and Professional Diploma programmes

• Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate CRM records





• Coordinating with internal teams and referring qualified candidates for further admissions support

What we’re looking for:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with digital tools and computer applications

Ability to manage data accurately and follow established processes

Nice to have: Experience in customer service, telecalling, educational counselling, appointment setting, CRM systems or overseas student recruitment.
