Executive – HR Operations & Admin

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR qualified to manage end-to-end HR Operations & Administration while driving HR reporting, MIS, and analytics.

Role Description Key Responsibilities & Skills:

✔️ End-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management & HR Operations

✔️ HRMS, Attendance, Leave Management & Payroll Inputs

✔️ Advanced Excel (Mandatory)



– Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis

✔️ HR MIS, Dashboards & Tracker Creation (Mandatory)

✔️ HR Data Analytics & Reporting

✔️ HR Documentation, Compliance & Administration

✔️ Hands-on use of AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and process automation

Important:

⚠️ Strong Excel, HR MIS, dashboard creation, and data analytics experience are mandatory for this role. If you have not worked extensively on HR reporting, dashboards, and tracker creation, please do not apply , as these are core responsibilities of the position.
