- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive in Human Resources
- The successful candidate will play a key role in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, and the ability to contribute to a positive work culture

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement
- Performance Management:Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
- HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting
- Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees
- Facilitate workshops and sessions on topics related to career development and skill enhancement
- Employee Benefits and Compensation:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Assist in the development of compensation structures and conduct salary reviews
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and implement necessary adjustments
- Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration activities
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization
- Employee Engagement:Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events
- Implement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and team collaboration

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
