Position - Executive Chef / Executive Head Chef

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef / Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent culinary knowledge, and experience managing kitchen teams in a reputed restaurant or hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee complete kitchen operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Plan menus and develop innovative dishes.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Control food costs, inventory, and wastage.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
- Manage kitchen budgets and operational expenses.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance.




- Coordinate with restaurant management and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef.
- Experience in a reputed restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food production, costing, and kitchen operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in premium/luxury restaurants will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
