About the Role

We are looking for a finance professional to join our Fund Accounting & Administration team in Gurugram. This is an execution-focused role supporting the fund finance function across our AIF entities and SPVs working closely with the finance team, fund administrators, auditors, and compliance advisors. It's a strong opportunity to build deep expertise in venture debt fund accounting, NAV computation, regulatory compliance, and LP reporting in a high-growth, quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & NAV

- Support quarter-end and annual NAV computation and portfolio valuation working papers
- Assist in tracking portfolio company movements, follow-ons, and valuation updates in coordination with the investment team
- Support computation of management fees and fund-level KPIs (IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, MOIC)

Receivables Tracking

- Support in tracking monthly receivables as per repayment schedule
- Preparing repayment schedule as per Term Sheet
- Knowledge amortisation of loan, interest calculation and fees levy

Compliance & Regulatory

- Assist in maintaining the compliance and regulatory calendar for the AIF and SPV entities
- Support coordination with fund administrators, auditors, and regulatory/tax consultants on filings and deliverables
- Help prepare documentation for statutory, regulatory, and internal audits
- Deep knowledge of GST and TDS

Treasury & Reporting

- Support monthly MIS preparation and cash-flow tracking across fund entities
- Assist with capital call and drawdown coordination with the finance team and fund administrator




- Help maintain accurate books, working capital tracking, and timely vendor/service provider payments

LP & Investor Support

- Support preparation of quarterly LP reporting, NAV statements, and financials
- Assist with LP onboarding and KYC documentation
- Help respond to routine LP queries under guidance from senior team members

Investments & Documentation

- Support the investment team with banking process coordination for deal closures
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for transactions and fund activities
- Assist with day-to-day review of vendor contracts and legal documentation

Who You Are

- 0 – 3 years of finance experience, preferrable in fund finance/fund accounting teams of venture/PE funds, fund administration firms, or accounting/audit firms serving such funds
- 5 years finance profile experience
- Analytical mind and solid mathematical skills
- Strong ownership mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, high-pressure, high-growth team
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Working familiarity with investor/legal documentation is a plus
- Clear communicator, deadline-driven, and eager to build long-term expertise in fund finance
