Job Responsibilities

- Prepare product costing for tenders and customer quotations.

- Upload, monitor, and release project budgets in SAP.

- Track inventory, analyze material consumption, and monitor scrap generation.

- Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory and reconcile stock variances.

- Prepare and analyze reports on capacity utilization, production overheads, and process costs.

- Support monthly cost analysis and MIS reporting for management.

- Ensure maintenance of cost records in compliance with statutory requirements.

- Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Financial Control (IFC) Audit, and other compliance-related activities.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, and Commercial teams for costing and budget-related activities.

- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support continuous process improvements.
