Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities of plant buildings, offices, utility areas, roads, drainage systems, flooring, roofing, etc.

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of civil infrastructure.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil repair, maintenance, and project activities.

- Prepare BOQs, estimates, work orders, and material requirements for civil works.

- Monitor contractor work, manpower deployment, quality, safety, and timely completion.

- Supervise civil construction, renovation, modification, and maintenance projects.

- Ensure proper quality of construction materials and workmanship as per specifications.

- Conduct regular inspection of plant infrastructure and identify maintenance requirements.

- Maintain records of civil maintenance activities, expenses, work completion, and contractor performance.

- Coordinate with other departments for civil maintenance requirements and shutdown activities.

- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.

- Control maintenance costs and ensure optimum utilization of materials and resources.
