Executive Chef – Continental Cuisine Experience

- Overall experience: 10–15 years in professional kitchens.
- Continental cuisine experience: Minimum 5–7 years hands-on experience.
- Executive Chef / Head Chef experience: 3–5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Italian, French, Mediterranean and European cuisine.
- Expertise in steaks, grills, pasta, pizza, sauces, soups, salads, appetizers and desserts.
- Experience in menu planning, recipe standardisation, food costing and portion control.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs.
- Ability to manage large kitchen teams, banquet operations and high-volume restaurant service.
- Experience in 5-star hotels, premium restaurants or large banqueting operations preferred.

Ideal candidate: An Executive Chef with 12+ years total experience, including 6+ years specialising in Continental cuisine. Pay: ₹25,554.88 - ₹81,910.69 per month
