Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Exchange Server administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders.
- Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery failures, bounce messages, and spam filtering on the mail server.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting email communication across multiple systems.
- Perform regular backups of critical data and perform restoration procedures as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Exchange infrastructure management.
- Robust understanding of DNS server operations and ability to troubleshoot DNS-related issues.
- Proficiency in managing large volumes of email traffic using Microsoft Exchange Server software (Exchange Online).
- Experience working with various operating systems such as Windows Server.
