JOB TITLE: EVENTS - Ops Executive

Key Responsibilities

1.

Event

Planning & Execution

Assist in end-to-end execution of events (conferences, networking meets, investor connect sessions).

Coordinate logistics: venue, vendors, production, registrations, guest management

Ensure seamless on-ground execution and attendee experience.

2. Partnerships & Coordination

Support in managing relationships with partners, sponsors, and ecosystem stakeholders

Coordinate deliverables with sponsors (branding, speaking slots, visibility)

Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners

3. Speaker & Delegate Management

Coordinate with speakers, panellists, and VIP guests

Manage invites, confirmations, schedules, and on-ground handling

Ensure high-quality experience for key stakeholders

4. Operations & Vendor Management

Work with vendors across production, design, tech, and hospitality

Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets

Ensure cost efficiency and execution quality

5.

Event Marketing

Support

Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, registrations, and communications

Assist in managing attendee databases and outreach





Support social media and on-ground branding execution

6. Post-Event Reporting

Track event metrics (attendance, engagement, leads generated)

Assist in preparing reports for internal review and partners

Capture insights to improve future events

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in event management, media, or startup ecosystem

- Experience in handling corporate or industry events preferred

- Exposure to media, entertainment, startup, or investor ecosystem is a plus

- Skills Required

- Strong coordination and execution skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- High attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Problem-solving mindset under pressure

- Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events
