Role: Event Event/Venue Booking or Banquet (Sales Executive)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 2 – 4 years (Event/Venue Booking or Banquet Sales preferred)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹36,000/month + Incentives on achieving targets

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries for events (birthdays, weddings, corporate events, pool parties, kitty parties, etc.) via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Understand client event requirements — date, guest count, budget, occasion type — and recommend the most suitable venue
- Explain venue packages, pricing tiers, and available add-ons (decor, catering, DJ, etc.) clearly to clients
- Check venue availability and manage date-blocking to avoid double bookings
- Handle date-clash situations professionally, offering alternate dates or properties
- Negotiate pricing within approved limits and close bookings efficiently
- Collect advance/token amounts and clearly communicate payment terms and cancellation policies
- Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and pre-event walkthroughs
- Reconfirm event details (headcount, timing, special requirements)

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, bookings, and event details in the CRM
- Follow up proactively with undecided leads to maximize conversions
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly booking/sales targets

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in event booking, venue/farmhouse sales, or banquet sales (mandatory)
- Robust understanding of how event pricing, availability, and booking cycles work
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable managing multiple bookings and client conversations simultaneously
- Confident negotiator with a client-first, solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based communication and CRM tools
- Candidate must be based in Gurugram or nearby areas
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
