An Event Sales Executive identifies potential clients, promotes event services, and manages the sales process from inquiry to booking. The goal is to maximize event bookings and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients (corporate, wedding planners, individuals)
- Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Generate new business opportunities
- Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
- Conduct site visits and presentations
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Event Planning Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, catering, décor)
- Ensure all client requirements are communicated clearly
- Assist in planning event details when needed
- Sales Targets & Revenue
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and close deals




- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Market Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
- Suggest recent packages or promotional ideas

Qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
