Role Description As an Event Manager Intern at LIVXS, you will support the planning and execution of on-site events in Gurugram, working closely with the core team on logistics, vendor coordination, and event timelines. You will assist in brainstorming concepts, preparing event documentation, maintaining checklists, and ensuring all elements are in place before and during events.

Daily responsibilities may include communicating with suppliers, supporting venue arrangements, helping manage budgets and resources,



and providing in office support during event setup, live execution, and wrap-up. This internship role offers hands-on experience in professional event management, exposure to diverse projects, and opportunities to learn from experienced team members.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to manage logistics and address issues during events.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including flexible hours around event schedules.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and willingness to learn event-specific software or tools.
- Interest in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field; current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
