In 2026, we’re taking IBT to 10 cities across India, bringing together government leaders, Fortune 500 companies, founders, investors, developers, exchanges, AI companies, and blockchain protocols.

We’re looking for someone who can own both speaker relations and event execution from start to finish.

Your goal is simple: Bring the best people on stage and make every event run flawlessly. You’ll be responsible for identifying, inviting, closing, and managing world-class speakers while ensuring every event delivers an exceptional experience for speakers, sponsors, attendees, and partners.

Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure every sponsor receives exactly what was promised.

Speaker Relations
- Build and maintain a database of 2,000+ potential speakers across AI, Web3, fintech, government, venture capital, and enterprise.
- Identify and invite Ministers, IAS officers, policymakers, regulators, founders, CEOs, investors, researchers, and technology leaders.
- Develop personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Schedule speaker meetings and follow-ups.
- Close speakers across all 10 IBT cities.
- Negotiate speaking formats, panel participation, fireside chats, and keynote sessions.
- Collect bios, headshots, presentations, session titles, and speaker assets.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, visas (if required), and logistics.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with speakers for future editions.

Government & Institutional Outreach
- Build relationships with: Central Ministries, State Governments, Startup Missions. MeitY, IITs, IIMs, Incubators, Universities, Trade bodies
- Coordinate protocol requirements for government participation.
- Manage official invitations and approvals.
- Develop institutional partnerships.





Project Management
- Build detailed project plans for every city.
- Track deadlines across teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Marketing, BD, Operations, Speakers, and Production.
- Maintain checklists and SOPs.
- Ensure every city is delivered on schedule.

Post Event
- Collect speaker feedback.
- Prepare post-event reports.
- Track attendance.
- Update CRM.
- Build relationships for future events.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in event management, conference production, speaker relations, partnerships, or program management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with Ministers, CXOs, founders, and investors.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
