VisaPro Event Hostess Will

- Engage all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Develop, implement and maintain calendar of events.
- Monitor and supervise set up and maintenance of event area to ensure quality standards and assist as needed.
- Develop, revise, and implement email communications for invitations and informational event updates.
- Create and manage event task timelines.
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting on event performance.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have

- Minimum 3 months of experience in hosting the events.
- Prior experience in the areas of hosting an Professional / Business events is considerable.
- Must be self-motivated,



with a high energy level that will take initiative, make appropriate decision, follow through and accomplish multiple tasks with a sense of vision, commitment and urgency
