Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented BTL/Event Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activations, events, and experiential campaigns. The role involves end-to-end coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and operational excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL activations, events, retail promotions,



and experiential campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, production partners, venues, and logistics teams.
- Manage event setup, branding, manpower, and on-ground execution.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Track budgets, vendor payments, POs, and campaign documentation.
- Prepare post-event reports and execution summaries.
- Resolve on-ground challenges and ensure timely campaign completion.

Experience & Education

- 1–3 years of experience in BTL, events, or experiential marketing. (Agency Experience and Not Brand)
- Strong vendor management, coordination, and project management skills.
- Good communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule during events.
