Job Summary

We are seeking an Event & Observability Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience in NOC, SOC, IT Monitoring, or Observability to support enterprise production monitoring during IST daytime hours aligned with Latin America overnight operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring observability platforms, validating alerts, performing initial incident analysis, and coordinating timely escalations through ITSM tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in contemporary observability and global production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor enterprise applications and infrastructure using observability platforms during IST business hours.
- Validate alerts and assess their impact using dashboards, logs, metrics, and traces.
- Perform Level 1 incident triage and escalate issues to the appropriate resolver teams through ITSM tools.
- Maintain accurate alert logs and operational documentation.
- Follow established operational runbooks and contribute to continuous process improvements.




- Coordinate shift handovers with LATAM onshore teams through collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
- Support planned operational activities, including peak business events, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery (DR) exercises.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in NOC, SOC, IT Monitoring, Production Support, or Observability.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools:

- Grafana

- Dynatrace

- Nagios

- OpenObserve

- Catchpoint

- Quantum Metric
- Experience with monitoring dashboards, alert validation, and log analysis.
- Working knowledge of ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
- Basic SQL or query-writing skills.
- Familiarity with incident management and production support processes.
- Comfortable working in a Follow-the-Sun operational model.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
- Exposure to Python, Shell Scripting, or automation tools.
- Experience supporting LATAM clients or global operations.
- Retail or E-commerce domain experience.

Language Requirement

- English: Advanced (C1) proficiency is mandatory, as all stakeholder communication and operational coordination will be conducted in English.
