- Responsible for maintenance and handling troubleshooting process equipment In ETP &
- STP.

- Ensure that all equipments Like ETP &

- STP are running in valuable working condition.

- Responsible for timely attend for breakdown maintenance for minimum idle time.

- Responsible for timely maintain the documentation like Daily reports, Logbooks, Preventive maintenance report.

- Coordinate with production team for any concerns Regarding ETP &

- STP requirement on daily basis in both plants.

- Maintain all spare part requirement related to ETP &

- STP.

- Maintenance of pumps &

- Blower of ETP &
- STP as per maintenance schedule.

- Cleaning of plant as per SOP, Back wash, Filter replacement is to be carried out as per SOP and Plant parameter.

- In case of emergency carried out Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance as per SOP for GOSD, HINJ block and Utility equipment’s.

- all dosing chemicals in respective dosing tank level check and maintain on daily.

- Following shift schedule and reporting to department head / Designee.
