Estimator – Architectural/Civil Experience: 3–5+ Years ( US Project Experience Mandatory )

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator – Architectural/Civil with 3–5+ years of experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and bid preparation for US projects . The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements while ensuring alignment with US construction standards, client expectations, and timelines .

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and civil drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.

Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs based on US construction standards .

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for cost inputs.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

Prepare bid proposals and tender submissions for US-based projects .





Maintain cost databases and estimation records.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with project scope, US codes/standards , and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Architectural/Civil Estimation with US projects (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of US construction materials, methods, and cost structures .

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (Advanced level preferred) .

Experience in quantity take-off software ( PlanSwift, Bluebeam, CostX – added advantage ).
