About the Role

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and budgets for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity estimation, rate analysis, budgeting, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Costing

- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
- Estimate costs for civil and finishing works.
- Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Verify project budgets and monitor cost performance.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with site teams and conduct site visits when required.
- Support project planning with accurate cost estimates.
- Monitor material consumption and monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost control activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare estimation reports and cost sheets.
- Maintain project estimation records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution.
- Ensure estimation accuracy as per project requirements.





Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Estimation for Building Construction Projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Strong understanding of IS Codes, DSR, and measurement methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
