Role & responsibilities:-

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material calculations from drawings.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, subcontracting, logistics, and indirect costs.

- Ensure all estimates comply with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations

- Liaise with engineering and production teams for technical clarifications

- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits whenever required.

- Maintain estimation records, historical cost data, and vendor databases.

- Ensure timely submission of competitive and accurate bids.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (or related field).

- Strong expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

- Proven ability to prepare cost estimates and price quotations based on drawings.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC projects.

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD or similar software knowledge preferred.

- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
