Key Responsibilities

- Technical Bid Analysis & Quantification
- Thoroughly review Tender Documents (RFQ/RFP), including drawings, technical specifications, and Scope of Work (SOW).
- Perform accurate Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) for mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Conduct site visits to assess local conditions, logistics, and resource availability before bidding.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering:
- Direct Costs: Material, Labor, Equipment, and Sub-contractor charges.




- Indirect Costs: Site mobilization, overheads, insurance, and taxes.
- Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Break-down Structures (CBS).
- Analyze vendor quotes and negotiate pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
- Proposal Development
- Prepare technical and commercial bid packages in alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Engineering teams to identify "Value Engineering" opportunities to optimize costs.
- Identify potential project risks and incorporate appropriate contingencies into the pricing model.Role & responsibilities
