Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERP Consultant role based in Nashik. The ERP Consultant will analyze existing business processes across manufacturing, assembly, and finance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. The role involves planning and executing ERP implementations, configuring modules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity and process alignment.

The consultant will train end users, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to optimize ERP usage and enhance operational efficiency.



Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.z Qualifications

Robust understanding of business processes in manufacturing, assembly, and related operations, with the ability to map and optimize workflows.

Proficiency in ERP implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Solid analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and performance monitoring.

Knowledge of finance processes and integration of financial modules within ERP systems.

Experience working with TCSiON ERP or least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with clear written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP or business analysis are an advantage.

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.

Minimum 1 end to end ERP implementation experience is required.
