Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage incident resolution process from identification to closure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service levels.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, including change requests, service requests, and KPI monitoring.

- Develop and maintain SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze ticket data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation or support projects using SAP SD/SOLMAN modules.

- Robust understanding of incident management principles, including change management procedures.

- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
