Key Responsibilities…

- Project Initiation: Review the business case, clarify goals and approach, scope, resources and budget requirements.
- Lead all elements of assigned projects to deliver the stated goals and objectives.
- Manage project budgets up to $15M.
- Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall change management plan. Negotiate and manage trade-offs between time, cost, and scope.
- Produce accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects
- Lead or support governance meetings and reviews

Your Qualifications & Experience…

- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience. Customer-facing project experience preferred.
- Demonstrable experience transitioning business processes and executing transformation projects
- Experience working on global projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience implementing or operating in a shared services model
- PMP certification required. PMI-CPMAI or Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Organizational change management experience
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning new ways of working




- High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results and prioritize work in a fast-paced and high-profile environment
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn new processes and skills independently
- Exhibits critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Able to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail
- Able to work with virtual project teams to deliver internal projects
- Experience with online project management tools such as monday.com is an advantage
