EOT Crane Operator (On-Roll)

Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly

Shift: 12 Hrs. (Rotational)

Salary NTH: 15k - 17k

We are looking for an experienced EOT Crane Operator for our aluminium circles manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for safe and productive material handling in the production area to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualification

- H.S. Pass / ITI Pass
- EOT Crane Operator certification (if available) – Added advantage.

Minimum Experience

- 2–3 years of hands-on EOT crane operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in aluminium, metal processing, rolling mill, or heavy engineering will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate EOT crane for safe movement of aluminium coils, circles, dies, scrap bins, and other production materials.
- Ensure timely material supply to production machines.
- Load, unload, stack, and transfer materials within the production area.
- Carry out daily pre-operation inspection of the crane and report defects.
- Follow safe lifting practices, SOPs, and crane load limits.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance,



and Stores for smooth material handling.
- Prevent damage to materials, equipment, and finished products.
- Maintain housekeeping and comply with all plant safety requirements.

Skills

- Sound knowledge of EOT crane operations and industrial safety.
- Ability to work in rotational (12Hrs.) shifts.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work under production targets.
