Role & responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance & Legal Management Ensure 100% timely submission of all statutory returns (form 10, E waste, Hazardous waste, battery waste etc), Maintain & renew all licences (CTO, waste, Fire, PESO etc), Monitor TNPCB online stack monitoring systems and ensure zero non-Compliance
2. Environmental Management & ESG –Monitor STP operations and ensure compliance with discharge norms
3. Safety Management & Risk Control – Ensure PPE compliance across shop floor, Identify unsafe acts/conditions (USC/USA)
4. Incident Management & Continuous Improvement – Investigate incidents and near misses with root cause analysis, ensure timely closure of corrective & preventive actions
5. Training, Audit, Vendor & Infrastructure Management – Conduct EHS Training/induction/awareness program, Lead 5S, safety audits and improve audit performance

Preferred candidate profile

Foundry/Manufacturing exp is desirable
