As you are aware, KSPCB compliance covers several critical areas, some of them are listed below:

- Air quality

- Water quality

- Hazardous waste management

- Biomedical waste management
- Renewal of agreements with KSPCB-authorized TSDF (Transfer Storage Disposal Facility) for biomedical waste

- Drinking water quality
- Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for JNI & MCH
- Recent MCH Liquid (Operation Theatre) ETP

- Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

- Diet center compliance
- Periodical testing and reporting of drinking water, STP, ETP, DG stack, boiler, etc., to KSPCB
- Periodical submission of annual returns and Environmental Statements
- Training and awareness for all concerned personnel regarding proper segregation, handling, and disposal as per statutory norms.Role & responsibilities
