Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

Education : No specific degree required. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management, or an MBA is considered a plus, but not a substitute for demonstrated entrepreneurial achievement.

Founder Requirement: Applicants must be the founder of a demonstrably successful business. We are specifically seeking entrepreneurs who have built, operated, and grown a real business and can demonstrate meaningful results.

Required:

- Proven track record of founding and building a successful business.
- Strong practical understanding of business strategy, operations, finance, growth, and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to make high-stakes decisions and execute independently.
- Experience building teams, managing resources, and creating sustainable business value.
- Strong entrepreneurial judgment,



resilience, and long-term thinking.
- Ability to work closely with the Founder and contribute at a strategic and operational level.
- A strong foundation in business is mandatory.

Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
- Experience scaling a company, raising capital, completing an acquisition, entering current markets, or building multiple ventures.
- Experience across healthcare, technology, financial services, consumer businesses, or other strategic industries.

Compensation

Blake Atlantic Group offers competitive, market-aligned compensation based on the candidate’s experience, capabilities, and scope of responsibility. Senior roles may also include performance-based incentives and long-term participation aligned with the individual’s contribution to the growth and success of the Group.

Important

This is not an entry-level entrepreneurship position. Blake Atlantic Group is seeking an established entrepreneur with firsthand experience of building a business from the ground up. Academic credentials alone will not satisfy the founder requirement.
