What You’ll Do

1. Work side-by-side with Founders & CXOs on high-stakes problems
2. Build and scale 0→1 ideas from scratch
3. Own real business outcomes-revenue, growth, new bets
4. Operate across product, growth, strategy & ops
5. Take decisions, not just execute them

Who This Is For

1. B.Tech (Tier 1) + MBA (IIM/ISB or equivalent)
2. 2-4 years in consulting / product / strategy / high-growth startups
3. Experience in Founder’s Office / PMO , or closely working with CXOs ,



or in business strategy / growth roles
4. Someone who has already seen how decisions get made at the top-and wants to be the one making them
5. Sharp, analytical, high-agency individuals with extreme ownership

Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)
